Bhasma Aarti official timing is 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM every morning. It continues for 2 hours along with various vedic mantra chanting and rituals.
The queue to participate in the Bhasma Aarti as given in the registration tickets is from 1:00AM to 3:00 AM in the morning. This means One needs to be present at the Temple queue in the time frame.
Some devotees start lining up at 12:00 am itself. Needless to say, You need to have a registration ticket to participate.
